4. Supplying hunting weapons, ammunition tools, pre-requisites according to valid regulations.

5. Organizing hunting hobbies for Arabs and foreigners in Iraq for fixed periods according to regular time issued by the association after specialized authorities are granted.

6. Conserving birds, wilderness animals in fences and protected areas in order to increasing its number in such a way that insures restoring natures balance.

7. Encouraging shooting sports in all kinds by the applicable means within reasonable means.

8. Organizing tours and voyages in a way to cope with the association aims in & outside the country.

9. Co-coordinating with other hunting association all over the world in a way that makes it giving expertise beneficiary in its scope of work.

10. Focus on culture activities to acknowledge the way how hunting weapons should be used as well as methods of preserving animal welfare in all applicable means.

Membership

Association Membership Conditions :

1. Should be highly qualified.

2. Should have hunting hobby granted by (2) Member assistance.

3. Should be one that has not been convicted with malice crime.

4. Should accept the association acts literally.

5. Should be of Iraqi nationality and other Iraqis resident in Iraq legally is permitted and Should be treated equally and having the specialized authorities permission.

6. Should be fit for possession and use of weapons.

Granting Membership

1. the application Should be submitted to affiliate in accordance with from set for this purpose.

2. The secretary consequently lodges the application to the board of directors with a recommendation . The council has the right accept , postpone , or reject the request.

3. members should pay membership and affiliation fund in a period within one month as of announcement publication , He is deemed to be Member as of the date of paying the funds.

Membership withdrawn

The Membership is withdrawn in the following cases :

1. Death or resignation

2. If one of the membership conditions is not fulfilled any more.

3. In the case of three month delaying in paying founded as from subdue date in accordance with condition , provisions in force , mentioned in discipline.

4. By a decision from the board of directors when a member breaches provisions and entraction upon which this discipline is issued.

5. Membership may be restored to the member having not paid has funds due to force major by submitting a new application on condition he settles the amounts incurred
